In my opinion, this is not a 4 * hotel but an acceptable 3 * hotel this can be determined for many simple reasons. First of all, the cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, but you don't even have to look at "critical points" like baseboards or picture frames, no, at normal places such as e.g. the slightly wider bed frame or the bedside table wiped there by hand and it is very dusty. At breakfast it turned out that the room number, person and breakfast request were exchanged, which is very difficult because we introduced ourselves individually and the name is embroidered on our chest through our work clothes. The breakfast itself was ok, the quantities could have been a bit bigger, especially if you want a fried egg you only get one fried egg for comparison with scrambled eggs three eggs are used and if you take the sausages instead of the bacon you get two sausages ... If if you choose the bacon, you get five to seven strips! Since I used to work in the hotel industry myself, I know how annoying the so-called "stayers" are, people who only have to make the room chic once. Therefore, I ordered housekeeping for myself, the hotel is supposed to even give you a 5 euro voucher per day on which no room cleaning takes place ... unfortunately you don't get this voucher so you have to pay the full bill. I do not know whether it is due to the regulations in the Corona period that the elevator was blocked or whether it is really defective as it says on the sign on the elevator door. In any case, it is not nice and not very nice if you have a room at the top and have a lot of equipment with you and then have to lug it up and down every day, at least for luggage without a person you could have released the elevator. When we come to dinner here, the 4 * hotel industry is clearly evident, namely in terms of price, this is even more like a 5 * hotel. The cheapest dish is schnitzel and I'm not talking about an original Wiener Schnitzel but a simple pork schnitzel (for ONLY just under 20 € without drink), generously measured 10 x 15 cm with a fried egg on top and five to six tablespoons of fried potatoes, which are leached in some places taste so my fear is that these were too long in the water after peeling. The crust that is everywhere and in some places very pronounced crust with brown tan tells me that they were first tried to fry in the pan but because they were so watery (because they were in the water for too long) it was tried to hide by simply putting them in the fryer were packed and then again in the pan. If you want, you can also get a salad (98% iceberg) with a dressing that is much too salty, which of course should stimulate the purchase of drinks. But not only the salty salad / food is responsible for selling drinks but also the long waiting time, you should plan to wait about an hour, so everyone at the table (only 3 people) gets their food at the same time. Well, if a component belonging to the meal was not forgotten ... after the waiter came three times and asked if everything was good, I pointed this out to him the 4th time. What I also don't find very nice when two or more people order fried potatoes as a side dish, they are served in a large bowl so that you can argue who gets how much (actually, no arguments should arise but everyone has different appetites for fried potatoes and 90% of the bacon cubes are at the very bottom) In addition, it should be manageable that an alleged 4 * hotel has 1-2 bowls of extra dishes and places them in the dishwasher. Conclusion: overpriced and overrated, too long wait for

I don't think the kitchen is so recommendable. Ate a pork steak there, has been here a few days, it was chewy and pale. Didn't taste good at all.

A great and clean conference hotel. Even if I had to wait until about 16:45 clock to my room, it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and in order. The bathroom in a great condition apart from the shower head. There was enough storage space available and a bottle of water and two beds welcome each new guest. The equipment of the meeting room was adequate, even if the beamer (still) does not hang on the ceiling, there were very many sockets available for charging. The food was very rich and sumptuous every day. There was hot food twice a day, unfortunately no vegetarian options. Definitely only on request ... But twice a day huge portions of meat is at least too much for me.

Excellent Hotel with Friendly staff and great food We staid at this hotel whilst attending the rheinmetal leader symposium and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel has some very old and traditional features but with some modern twists. The wifi is free after you register but the negatives here are that you have to register per device and it only seems to work on the bottom floor. The top floor allows you to connect but you cannot open anything as nothing will load. Check in is easy and efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the quality of the staff and the service received. We sat there one evening until after 11pm and they didn't moan or complain but allowed us to sit there and have dinner and drinks and all. Very good service. The rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable. You can easily relax and chill out and you have 2 single beds, TV, sofa so you have plenty of room to relax and chill out. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, and a good restaurant for eating schnitzel

Close to the city centre, nice sauna and breakfast but the beds are too hard and the pillows too soft for my liking. Other than that, it's a nice place.
